Please enter your business name, email, order number, date received, and choose a claim reason.
Please describe the issues clearly and include the product/SKU and quantity affected.
If relevant, upload clear photos (outer box, inner packaging, product close-up, and any labels/batch codes).
Once submitted, we’ll review your claim and confirm the next steps by email. Please keep the goods and packaging until the claim is resolved.
