We aim to despatch trade orders within 5 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact our sales team before placing your order. While we will try to assist, this cannot be guaranteed.
Seasonal & Bank Holiday Delays
Orders placed around UK Bank Holidays and the Christmas period may experience delays. Please allow additional time when ordering during these periods.
No Sale, No Return (Trade Orders)
All trade orders are supplied on a no sale, no return basis.

Trade orders cannot be returned due to a change of mind

If you need to amend or cancel an order, this must be done before the order is despatched

Once an order has been despatched, it can no longer be cancelled
Returns, credits, or refunds will only be considered if:

Goods arrive damaged, or
-
Items are missing or incorrect upon delivery
Damages, Missing Items & Delivery Discrepancies
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, this must be reported within 3 working days of receipt.

When reporting an issue, please include:

Your order number

Business name and contact details

Clear images of the damaged goods and packaging

Details of any missing or incorrect items
Once received, we will assess the claim and, where appropriate, arrange:

Collection of the affected goods, and
-
A credit note or refund
Any discrepancies not reported within 3 working days may not be eligible for investigation.
Important Notes for Trade Customers

All deliveries should be checked immediately upon receipt

Claims made outside the stated timeframes may be declined

Liability cannot be accepted for issues reported late
