DESCRIBE A TYPICAL DAY FOR YOU

A typical day for me starts just as any day should; with a smile. Whether it's because of the day before or the anticipation of what this day might bring...YOU GOTTA SMILE! Next is coffee. Coffee, coffee, coffee. And if there's time, more coffee. (There's always time for coffee...) The anticipated walk to work with a choice of random 'get up and go' music really kick starts the day, but taking the first step into the shop is the best bit. I usually take a few moments to take in the wonderful medley of scents and oversee my empire (BRB - let me arrange with the Queen to get you knighted-Sam). Everything after that is back to sunshine and smiles, whether that's me smiling, my staff, our centre staff or our customers - everyone's got to smile and I will not rest until everyone is smiling! A smile can make an ocean of difference in someone's day. Yes there's paperwork, merchandising, stock replenishment, orders to be placed and cleaning to be done but it always happens with a smile! After a lovely day of bringing out and sharing smiles, it's back to the random collection of chill out music for the walk home with the reward of a lovely bath and an evening of thinking up new ways to make people smile.
